Our system has four hanging stations equipped with professional product carriers. Color allocation is software-controlled to ensure precise and efficient coating results.
Our pre-treatment plant comprises six zones in which the deionized water is recycled. This not only ensures thorough cleaning, but also an environmentally friendly use of resources. Residue-free drying guarantees optimum conditions for the subsequent coating.
Our powder coating is carried out in two modern automatic booths. All components are scanned before coating and coated with the customer's required parameters. To ensure that our customers receive consistent quality, the parameters are stored in the programs and reused as required. In addition, excess powder is reused, which contributes to an efficient and environmentally friendly process design.
The powder curing oven has been designed so that we can program different dwell times to meet the different requirements of the components and powder coating. After the coating process, complete cooling takes place to ensure the quality and durability of the coating.
Our system has four suspension stations. During the hanging process, the finished parts are visually inspected for quality and then packaged. We also offer flexible customization of the packaging according to the individual wishes of our customers.

Durability
Powder coatings are extremely durable and weather resistant. They effectively protect against scratches, wear and corrosion and retain their color and texture over a long period of time with little maintenance.
Environmentally friendly
Powder coatings are more environmentally friendly than conventional paints as they contain no solvents and release no Volatile organic Compounds (VOCs). Excess powder is reused, which minimizes material waste.
Aesthetics
Powder coatings offer a wide range of colors and surface textures. They can be applied in different gloss levels and textures, from matt to high gloss and from smooth to textured, to meet individual design requirements.
